About Me

Counsellor and Psychotherapist in London, East Sussex and Online.

I am a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate mental health difficulties, life's negative experiences and challenges and find their path to a more fulfilling existence. With a passion for understanding the human experience and a deep belief in the power of connection, I've made it my life's work to support others on their healing journey and personal growth.

My own life experiences have taken me on a rich and diverse path, living and working across Europe and Asia before settling in the UK. These experiences have not only shaped my worldview but have also given me a unique perspective on the mental health challenges and triumphs that come with change, adaptation and personal development (or lack of). It's through this lens that I approach my work as a therapist, bringing empathy, understanding, and a touch of humour to every session.

Counsellor for French Expats

I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from the UK (CPCAB) and am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

I am committed to working to the highest ethical and professional standards and to staying up-to-date with the latest neuro psychology research and professional development, ensuring that I'm always providing the most effective and evidence-based support possible.

When I am not working with clients, you can find me learning and enjoying the simple pleasures of life – a good book, a good film, a walk in nature, or a heartfelt conversation with friends and family. Whether you are living with a mental health diagnosis, facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck and unsure of your next steps, I'm here to help you gain clarity, heal, build resilience and accompany you while you create the life you desire.
